What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and follow-up to operations teams regarding RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management for compliance with contractual terms
- Assist the Sourcing Leader in managing work priorities and resolving issues with operations teams
- Conduct system audits to ensure accurate KPI reporting and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
