An Site Security Manager is an individual responsible for ensuring only authorized personnel, vehicles, and equipment enter the Client site.

Duties consist of:

1. SSM manages the CSTs for their day-to-day assignments.
2. Reports to the SSM throughout the day, keeping him/her updated on all progress.
3. Updates the CSTs with notes gathered from GC daily meetings.
4. Educate CSTs on the construction being conducted and ensure the CSTs fully understand the reason behind the construction.
5. Ensure adequate coverage on site by delegating tasks as needed (SSM in providing guidance to CSTs on site regarding prioritization, location & report rhythm).
6. Provide CSTs with a break/lunch schedule and appoints daily breakers.
7. Provide CSTs with relevant information regarding site construction and operations.
8. Train CSTs on blueprints/drawings, emphasizing secured and unsecured areas.
9. Be trained on Site Security Manager’s administrative duties and execute these duties in the absence of the SSM.
10. Check daily reports submitted by the CSTs prior to being submitted.
11. Take SSM directive/vision and implement on site with CSTs.
12. Communicate with ASSM on anything in the field regarding staffing, coverage, findings, and security incidents.
13. Maintain and keep a professional, family-type environment.

Requirements:

• TS/SCI Clearance (IC)
• 5+ Years construction experience
• 5+ Years personnel management experience
• 5+ Years experience with ICD-705
