About the Role

The Assistant Site Merchandiser role is part of a dynamic and high-performing team that blends the art and science of site merchandising. You will manage the end-to-end site experience, ensuring alignment with product, promotional messaging, pricing, marketing, and campaign strategies. Collaboration with teams such as Site Merchandising, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, Promotions, Sample, and Photo Studio is essential to create a top-tier online shopping experience. Your ability to execute flawlessly will help bring product strategies to life across multiple customer touchpoints in the digital journey.

This role can be located in our hub offices in San Francisco or NYC.

What You'll Do
  1. Leverage site analytics and customer engagement metrics to optimize the site experience.
  2. Act as the visual expert for site categories, ensuring merchandising aligns with seasonal investments and market trends.
  3. Generate and review reports to support business assessments and recommend site actions.
  4. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, and Site Merchants on key launches and campaigns.
  5. Manage seasonal photo requests, product tags, and taxonomy setup for a competitive and intuitive site.
  6. Ensure accuracy and quality across the site to enhance customer experience.
  7. Lead weekly site review meetings for upcoming launches and promotional activities.
  8. Perform daily QA to ensure proper site setup and navigation.
  9. Utilize third-party tools to enhance customer experience and support testing initiatives.
  10. Partner with cross-functional teams to test and implement site technologies, serving as an SME for at least one technology.
  11. Stay informed on digital trends, site taxonomy, collections, and technology advancements.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in merchandising or ecommerce.
  • Passionate about the online shopping experience and visual site merchandising.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled at building relationships across teams.
  • Able to identify and resolve inefficiencies proactively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Miro, PIM systems, and digital tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
