Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a high-specification residential development in Blackburn. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure homes are completed to a premium standard with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee finishing trades, conduct quality inspections and manage snagging to ensure on-time handovers.

Qualifications

Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a traditional residential site.
Strong focus on finishing, snagging, quality control and plot handovers.
Excellent customer care skills and ability to manage homeowners.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day management of the development and coordinate subcontractors.
Oversee finishing trades to meet high-spec standards.
Carry out quality inspections and drive defects through to completion.
Take an active role in customer care and ensure issues are handled professionally.
Assist with plot inspections, quality checks and handover preparations.
Monitor progress to ensure works align with programme.
Maintain high health and safety standards on site.
Collaborate with Site Manager, subcontractors and customer care to deliver a quality finished product.
