Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Oldham is seeking a Site Manager to lead a Social Housing refurbishment project on a permanent basis. You will report to the Contracts Manager and ensure the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets, with a proven track record in social housing refurbishment and a stable career history.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets.
• Proven track record delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes (planned maintenance).
• Stable and progressive career history on CV.

Responsibilities

The company are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and have recently been awarded a new scheme in Oldham which is an external refurbishment scheme to tenanted Social Housing properties.

As a result, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes (planned maintenance).

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £42k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
