Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Complete Breeze Thru Car Wash training within 1 year.
• Strong leadership and customer service experience.
• Able to work outdoors and handle physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Assistant Managers and Customer Service Attendants; participate in hiring, development, performance management, training, and budgeting with the Site Manager.
• Oversee site inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance/repairs.
• Ensure top customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Pass sales.
• Fill in as Customer Service Attendant and act as Site Manager during absences.

Job Location: Longmont, CO 80501, Salary Range: $60,610.00 - $94,703.13 Salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Supervise Assistant Managers and Customer Service Attendants, overseeing hiring, employee development, performance management, training, and budgeting in collaboration with the Site Manager.
• Site Maintenance: Manage site inventory and service needs, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with the Maintenance team for repairs and projects.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure top-notch customer service, resolve customer satisfaction issues, and promote sales of the Unlimited Wash Pass Program.
• Work Lead: Step in as a Customer Service Attendant when needed and fulfill Site Manager roles during absences.

Skills and Abilities Needed:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership experience with a knack for coaching and motivating employees.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Basic mechanical skills for preventive maintenance and repairs.
