Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the leadership team. You will work with the Site Manager to develop the crew, own the guest experience, and make quick, practical decisions to keep operations running at full speed.

You’ll lead by developing people, ensuring safety, promoting unlimited wash memberships, and guiding daily site performance in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support team members to meet role expectations.

• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to support site sales goals.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest practical improvements to daily operations.
