Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in customer service experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in shift lead or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop staff, coaching and training.
• Support daily operations and assist General Manager with decisions.
• Recruit, onboard and manage employee performance.
• Engage with customers, address concerns, maintain high service standards.
• Oversee site cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safe operations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and staff safety is priority.
• Handle paperwork, inventory, and documentation with attention to detail.
