MODWASH LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at a ModWash location in Erie, PA. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive membership sales, and ensure a premium guest experience from greeting to service completion.

You will train and motivate staff, manage inventory and safety, and help recruit and develop team members while maintaining site cleanliness and performance standards.
