Express Wash Concepts, operating Clean Express Auto Wash in Livonia, MI, seeks a Bench Assistant Site Manager II to support the site manager, ensure smooth operations, and exceed customer service expectations. You will lead sales of unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of leadership, 2 years of customer service, and basic IT skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates and meets customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Handle labor and staff scheduling and monitor safety and quality controls.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Support P&L management through monitoring chemicals and utilities.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Pursue growth through educational opportunities and trainings.
