Job summary

PATH Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for West Carson Villas. You will assist the Site Manager with daily operations, tenant relations, and program implementation to maintain occupancy and a safe, supportive environment.

You will oversee vendors, coordinate move-ins, prepare documentation, and support audits, budgets, and compliance with house rules while promoting community engagement.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of property management experience
• Employment eligibility verification required
• CPR/First Aid training or ability to obtain
• Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, and Drug Test

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day site operations and assists the Site Manager with occupancy targets.
• Coordinates resident move-ins and prepares units and documentation.
• Assists with emergency preparedness and drills; serves as backup in the Site Manager’s absence.
• Maintains resident records and supports audits and financial documentation.
• Oversees vendor coordination, budget support, and compliance with program policies.
• Engages residents and community partners to support site engagement and services.
