Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers warmly
• Support customer enrollment in the Unlimited Wash Club
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently with clear signals and a smile
• Ensure customer satisfaction with thorough, enjoyable washes
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel and equipment daily
• Manage outside landscaping and ensure vacuum functionality
• Open and close the site, facilitating daily operations
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to meet sales and service standards
• Complete and submit all paperwork accurately and on time

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field
• Preferred: Supervisory experience, coaching/mentoring others
• Preferred: Car Wash experience
