Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for Kennedy KIDSTOP in St. Joseph, MN. This part-time role oversees quality youth programs at the site and may pivot to other locations as needed, ensuring coverage in the absence of the Site Manager.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, program planning, parent communication, and maintaining safety and records. CPR/First Aid certification and DHS background check are required; HS diploma or GED is required.

  • Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
  • Ability to interact with parents and deal with the general public.
  • Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth.
  • Ability to maintain and develop partnerships in the community.
  • Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and mobile when supervising either staff or members.
  • CPR and first aid certified.
  • Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check

  • Assist with parent interactions, including new member information, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage medical and behavioral issues of youth members with care and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description Summary

Delivery and supervision of quality programs and activities provided within a designated KIDSTOP/Club site.
