Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the Site Manager's right hand, driving daily operations and developing a high-performing team. You’ll oversee staffing, process adherence, and customer experiences on each shift, while maintaining site metrics and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, conflict resolution, and a customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering fast, flawless service and continuous site improvement.

Qualifications

As an Assistant Site Manager, you're the right hand to the Site Manager — driving daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every customer experience is top‑tier.
