BLISS Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role includes driving membership sales, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and stepping in for the manager when needed.

Compensation includes $17.00–$20.00/hour plus commission, with a $750 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k with company match, and growth opportunities within BLISS. Flexible scheduling is available.

• Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways).
• Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.

YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales):

As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Fast-paced and active environment.
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
• Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Operate car wash equipment as needed
