Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Lexington, SC seeks an After-school Assistant Site Director for Pleasant Hill Elementary, part-time, 1:30 PM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. You will support the Site Director and help run a safe, engaging after-school program.

Qualifications

• Requires degree/credential with required credit hours in child development/early childhood education.
• Diploma or CDA with 1 year experience in licensed child care facility.
• High School Diploma with ECD 101 and 1 year supervising staff in a licensed setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Director in creating a safe, engaging after-school program.
• Support staff and ensure program runs smoothly from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Complete background check as required by state regulations and provide proof of experience.

Education

Associates, Bachelor's or advanced degree in early childhood education or related field

Diploma in child development/early childhood education or CDA with 1 year experience

High School Diploma or GED with ECD 101 and 1 year supervising staff
