Assistant Site Controller
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Onsite)

What You Will Do
- Responsible and accountable for all finance and accounting related matters at the site, including development and management of overhead budgets and rates, and ensuring compliance and control adherence.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close period financial processes, forecasting, and establish long‑range financial plans.
- Support pricing development and BOE reviews to ensure adherence to TINA regulations while supporting the proposal team within the EPP business portfolio.
- Assist both internal and external audits and respond to ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- University degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship required (only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements).
- Experience working with U.S. government accounting compliance rules and procedures such as FAR, DFAS, and CAS.
- Experience with pricing development and BOE reviews.
Preferred
- Estimating and pricing experience.
- Previous experience in an aerospace manufacturing industry environment.
- Experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
