Take 5 Oil Change in Tampa is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will gain hands-on experience through paid training and have opportunities to advance as you learn the Take 5 way, including oil changes, light maintenance, and floor supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Ability to work on a shop floor and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Shop Manager, provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the Shop Manager's duties in their absence.
• Run the floor to ensure coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and inventory checks.
• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures and standards.
• Assist with oil changes, filter replacements, and other light maintenance tasks.
• Restock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness.
