Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in the Tampa, FL area. This role offers PAID TRAINING and a clear path to leadership within a fast-paced oil change shop.

You will lead daily operations, provide outstanding customer service, and guide team members while promoting our Take 5 standards and processes. Great for energetic people-ready to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING is provided on Take 5 way to manage a shop location.
• Move up quickly through the Take 5 path with internal promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are in position and customers are satisfied before leaving.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory control.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels and keep the shop, office, and bathrooms clean.
