Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to keep operations smooth and customers satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees to fulfill Take 5 duties.
• Drain motor oil and perform other basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels and keep the shop clean.
