Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead frontline operations and manage daily tasks with paid training provided. The role emphasizes customer service, team leadership, and hands-on shop responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor and ensure everyone is where they need to be and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil and replace filters, perform other light maintenance services.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
