Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are in place and customers are satisfied.
• Open/close procedures and inventory checks.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way and assist with oil changes and other services.
• Restock inventory and maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
