Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead the shop operations with paid training and a clear growth path to leadership. You will develop customer service skills, manage daily tasks, and help drive performance while earning a base hourly rate with bonuses.

Eligible candidates will enjoy paid training, full-time benefits, and opportunities to advance from crew to Shop Manager as you gain experience and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto service or retail leadership helpful, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to ensure tasks are completed and customers are serviced to satisfaction.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory upkeep.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way and maintain shop cleanliness.
