Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager in Texas. The role includes stepping in for the Shop Manager when needed, leading a team on the shop floor, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and strong supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
Run the floor, ensuring staff are where they need to be and customers are satisfied.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
Train new employees in Take 5 procedures.
Drain motor oil and perform basic oil changes and light maintenance.
Restock and maintain floor inventory and keep shop clean.
