Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required.
• Paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willingness to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor and ensure customers are satisfied before leaving.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change filters, and perform light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory, keep shop and areas clean.
