Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to join our growing team. You will provide excellent customer service, manage payments, and temporarily assume the Shop Manager's duties when needed.

PAID TRAINING is available, and many employees advance from Crew or ASM roles. Earners can look forward to salary-related bonuses, and our shop supports a fast growth path within Take 5.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are where they need to be and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
