Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Asheville, NC is seeking a full-time Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

You will manage opening and closing on days off, train new employees, enforce safety standards, and handle cash and inventory while supporting the store manager to hit performance goals. The position offers a monthly commission and bonus program that can add $1.50–$2.00 per hour to your base pay.
