The role includes a monthly commission and bonus program, with potential to add up to extra per hour earnings. You will train new staff and ensure safety, cleanliness, and strong store performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, opening/closing on days off.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
• Monitor and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Communicate effectively using Outlook and Teams.
• Handle cash and inventory management.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
