Job summary

Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations, ensure timely opening and closing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role includes training new employees, monitoring performance, managing cash and inventory, and helping the store manager. Eligible candidates can earn a monthly commission with bonus potential that can add up to $1.50–$2.00 per hour.
