Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain Colorado Gaming License.
• Previous dealing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and safeguard assets at all times.
• Maintain an accurate bank and protect all financials.
• Supervise all personnel on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Staffing: evaluate levels and maximize efficiency while controlling payroll.
• Fulfill guest service needs including host, cashier, verification, and jackpot/bonus payments.
• Generate player cards, comp slips, and ensure accurate tracking.
• Take and place food orders with follow-up to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Monitor service standards of F&B to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain payroll records and protect department keys and assets.
• Adhere to Color­ado gaming laws, internal controls, and IRS reporting.

As a family-owned business, we prioritize nurturing lasting relationships with our guests and the community, ensuring that every interaction is warm, memorable, and tailored to foster a true sense of belonging.Job Title: Poker Assistant Shift ManagerSalary: $65,000Status: Full TimeShift: VariesResponsibilities:Protect company assets.Maintain an accurate bank and ensure all assets are guarded and protected at all times.Manage, direct, and supervise all personnel on a shift-to-shift basis.Evaluate business levels and maintain appropriate staffing while maximizing labor and minimizing payroll expense.Fulfillment of all guest service needs, including host, cashier, verification, and payment of jackpots and bonus hands.Maintain accurate records for all daily promotions.Generate player cards, comp slips, and ensure accurate player tracking.Taking and placing food orders with the necessary follow-up to ensure that the order arrives on time and is accurate.Monitor service standards of food and beverage personnel to ensure the established guest service standards are met by those departments.Maintain payroll records, protect and control all department keys and assets.Other related duties, including but not limited to complying with and understanding the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures.
