You will coordinate daily service operations, support field technicians, promote safety, and ensure high-quality service work for customers in the Chicago market.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, or field operations.
• Ability to promote safety-first culture on job sites.
• Strong coordination and communication with clients and teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for calls, maintenance, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and other trades.
• Attend job-site meetings and review work quality.
• Assist with light estimating and documentation for billing.
• Support field technicians and promote safety culture.
