About the role:
As the Assisted Service Manager, this is your opportunity to shape the service while building positive relationships with the children, their families, your staff, the school leadership team, and the broader community.
You will assist in leading a team of enthusiastic educators across our before and after care school care during the school term, and also during vacation care.
You and your team will create engaging, inclusive activities that foster children’s learning, development, and wellbeing to bring out the best!
Your experience and love of organising and planning will mean you can hit the ground running to ensure the smooth running of the service that provides children and their families our best support because they need it more than ever.
Our OSHC hours: Hours of the Service will be confirmed; they might be different between our Services.
Before and after school care hours: Monday to Friday, 6.30am-9.00am and 2.30pm-6.00pm.
Vacation care hours: Monday to Friday, 6.30am-6.00pm.
About you:
As an experienced leader in childcare, you will thrive on the opportunity to oversee all aspects of the OSHC service at (location), while creating a positive environment for your team, the children, and their families.
You are someone who wants to make a difference and, using your creative flair, will work with your team to develop and implement high-quality programs that allow our children to have fun and learn in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.
Critically, you are a leader that inspires people to be their best so that together you can create a space that staff love to work in and children will thrive in. Your leadership skills will also allow you to create positive working relationships with all stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment with ease.
You will have responsibility for ensuring the service is compliant with relevant regulations and standards, and managing financial planning and budgets for the service.
