Legend Management Group in Arlington, VA seeks an Assistant Service Manager/Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to help oversee maintenance for our apartment community. You will assist the Service Manager with apartment turns, repairs, HVAC, preventative maintenance, and curb appeal, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance, an EPA HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in facilities or multi-family settings.
• HVAC maintenance and basic repair skills.
• EPA HVAC certification (CFC Universal) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve maintenance issues for residents.
• Lead by example and uphold company standards and core values.
• Address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Manage records in maintenance software and oversee turnover processes.
• Assist with vendor relations and budgeting within limits.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on-call for emergencies.
• Support technician scheduling and training activities.
