Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Service Manager for Ashton Glen, a 108-unit community in Centerville, OH. You will lead the maintenance team, guide diagnosis and repairs, and ensure work meets company standards.

Compensation includes base pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials, 50% rent discount, 401(k) with benefits, and PTO/holidays. The role requires a 24-hour on-call schedule and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and ensure high standards.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior issues.
• Wamiliarity with budget-friendly ordering and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and exterior issues.
• Build daily make-ready and work order schedules with the Service Manager and Property Manager.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and inspect finished work against Morgan standards.
• Help manage maintenance inventory and seek cost-effective ways to order supplies.
• Commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies.
