Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for Leander Park in Leander, TX. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining the community’s plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs with on-site teamwork and on-call support.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Flexible schedule including weekends.
Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
EPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

Repair and enhance our community; maintain plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry and painting needs.
Be creative; act as a problem solver with attention to detail and time management.
Respond to service requests; collaborate with teammates and prioritize tasks to build resident trust.
Know the make-ready schedule; monitor vacancies and initiate turnover with painting, cleaning and repairs.
Tend to preventive maintenance; safeguard equipment with regular tune-ups to reduce costly repairs.
Inspect daily for cleanliness and safety to maintain curb appeal.
