Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail or automotive environment.
• Ability to drive sales through guest interactions and recommendations.
• Leadership qualities to support training and development of staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork to liaise between guests and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction as the liaison between technicians and guests.
