Job summary

Goodyear's Auto Service center in Timberlane, LA is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to gain hands-on experience by delivering outstanding guest service and managing service workflow. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Automotive Service department.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction between guests and technicians.
• Effectively manage the service department as needed.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
