Job summary
Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with required Service Advisor/Writer experience. This full-time role supports the Service Manager in running a high-volume department and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
The position offers a competitive weekly pay of $600–$800 plus potential commission, plus benefits and career growth opportunities in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop on Long Island/Queens NY.
Qualifications
- Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience required.
- Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
- Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.
- Team player, organized, customer-focused, with quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair services and create estimates.
- Aim for 100% efficiency to help CSI targets.
- Coordinate with Parts, Sales, and Rental departments as needed.
- Ensure reception staff are trained and schedules covered.
- Maintain shop area neatly and ensure policy compliance.
