You will oversee drive-lane flow, coordinate with technicians, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold high standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of progressive auto-service experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of positive customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication.
• Able to work independently with a professional appearance.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow for prompt service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and assignments.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above standards.
• Set schedules and assign tasks in the service department.
• Reinforce company policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with factories.

What You’ll Make

This role is commission based. Due to this being a new position we are anticipating this position to make $96,000 with top performers earning $150,000 annually.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
