Qualifications

  • Previous dealership Automotive Service Department experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Assistant Service Manager

We are looking for a talented individual ready to grow into an Assistant Service Manager role. You will be responsible for working with our Service and Parts Teams to meet our customer service and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Fixed Operations Team potential and meeting objectives in customer satisfaction, revenue and volume.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Service Department, Technicians, Service Advisors, Detailers, and Service Lane
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
  • Work with the Parts Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
  • Work with Staff to ensure customers vehicles are serviced properly and in a timely manner
  • Attend Manager meetings and conduct Service Department meetings
  • Must be results-driven, highly energized, and a customer service-oriented leader
  • Must have a passion for taking care of customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Motivate, train, develop, and reward employees
  • Will communicate with customers about maintenance and service work needed efficiently
  • Continue to maintain high standards for customer and employee satisfaction as well as manufacturer CSI scores.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous dealership Automotive Service Department Experience
  • Knowledge of dealership warranty process and policies
  • Experience with automotive software such as DealerFX/Wiadvisor, AutoSoft DMS is a plus. Our goal is to have our process completely digital.
  • The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions
  • The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations
  • A professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Previous experience with Stellantis preferred, not required
