Position: Assistant Service Manager

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing service in the Front of House
2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Approving all Front of House side work
4. Providing and supervising thorough training
5. Working during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
6. Managing restaurant operations through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed
7. Conducting 100% table visits to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales
8. Leading by example to develop employees and assistants
9. Cross-training employees as appropriate
10. Scheduling designated departments under the direction of the Service Manager
11. Developing sales promotions and conducting rallies as directed
12. Ensuring compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
13. Practicing safe food handling procedures
14. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
15. Managing guest flow effectively
16. Assisting with liquor inventory and ordering
17. Supporting the Local Store Marketer in building sales
18. Fostering a positive restaurant culture aligned with our core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
