Pay

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a rockstar Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House
• Enforces compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
• Approves all Front of House side work
• Provides and oversees thorough training
• Works during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Manages through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
• Cross-trains employees
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments
• Develops sales promotions and conducts rallies as directed
• Ensures compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Practices safe food handling procedures
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Helps control guest flow
• Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
• Supports local marketing efforts to build sales
• Maintains the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
