Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced Assistant Service Manager with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to oversee the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. The candidate should also be capable of handling groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.
Job Summary
This position, along with the Lead Maintenance Technician, is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community.
