C&J Automotive Assistant Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. Job Duties:
  1. Greet clients and maintain showroom.
  2. Schedule appointments.
  3. Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
  4. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
  5. Building Work Orders.
  6. Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
  7. Review digital inspections.

Requirements:
  1. Automotive Experience (Not Required but is a plus).
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Valid driver's license.
  4. Sales Experience (Not Required but is a plus).
  5. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
  6. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
  7. Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  8. Manage client experience from beginning to end.
