Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair the community's plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry, and painting needs. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
• Be creative and a problem solver, attentive to detail, manage time efficiently, and learn quickly.
• Respond promptly to service requests, collaborate with team members, and prioritize tasks to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Monitor apartment vacancies and coordinate the turnover process, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce costly repairs.
• Conduct daily inspections of the property for cleanliness and safety, maintaining curb appeal.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
• Rotating on-call duties for after-hours emergencies
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• EPA license preferred; EPA Universal or HVAC certification required. Hilltop Residential will cover the cost for certification if you meet other requirements.
