What you’ll do

As an Assistant Manager, you will combine technical and leadership skills to guide, develop, and train team members in delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve interacting with team members and customers to address vehicle needs and build loyalty. You'll also play a key role in your team’s success and have opportunities to advance your career.

  • Provide a warm, friendly greeting to guests, creating a positive first impression
  • Build trust and encourage repeat business
  • Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies
  • Mentor, lead, and train team members for their development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service center
  • Deliver superior customer service leadership

How you’ll succeed

  • Be friendly and customer-focused
  • Possess effective communication skills
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Understand cash handling and safety policies
  • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform physical movements like twisting and bending
  • High school diploma or equivalent
