The H+H Group is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor at H+H Jeep Dodge RAM in Papillion, NE. This role supports the Service Advisors, handles clerical tasks, processes repair orders, and collaborates with customers, technicians, and service staff to maintain an efficient service department.

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25 depending on experience, with schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and rotating Saturday 8am–1pm. Growth opportunities exist within our best-in-class team culture.

The Assistant Service Advisor supports the Service Advisor team by providing administrative and Customer Service assistance throughout the vehicle Service process. This role is responsible for handling clerical duties, processing repair orders, submitting Warranty and Service Contract claims, communicating with Customers regarding vehicle status, and ensuring a positive Customer experience. The Assistant Service Advisor serves as a key liaison between Customers, Technicians, and Service Advisors to help maintain efficient Service Department operations.

• Partner with Service Advisors to support daily operations and deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience.
• Assist with Customer check-out, and other department needs.
• Build relationships with Customers by actively listening to their vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Complete vehicle walk-arounds with Customers to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation.
• Help coordinate the flow of vehicles on the Service Drive and throughout the shop.
• Process Repair Order (RO) submissions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle status updates, maintenance recommendations, and repair information to Customers.
• Utilize industry-leading technology and digital tools to enhance the Customer experience.
• Enter and maintain accurate Customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
• Complete Service Contract and Warranty claim submissions.
• Gain exposure to dealership operations while learning from experienced Service professionals.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with a rotating Saturday of 8am to 1pm

• Ability to operate both automatic, manual and electric vehicles.
• Ability to read, comprehend information, and perform calculations.
• Ability to bend, push, climb, lean, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, and perform other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
• Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
