Job summary

H+H Jeep Dodge RAM in Papillion, NE, is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join the service team. This full-time role supports the Service Advisor with administrative tasks, warranty claims, and customer communications to ensure a Best-In-Class experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds for clear communication and documentation.
• Coordinate the flow of vehicles on the Service Drive and in the shop.
• Process Repair Order submissions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle status updates and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Use dealership systems to maintain customer and vehicle information.
• Complete Service Contract and Warranty claim submissions.
• Gain exposure to dealership operations and learn from experienced service professionals.

The Assistant Service Advisor supports the Service Advisor team by providing administrative and Customer Service assistance throughout the vehicle Service process. This role is responsible for handling clerical duties, processing repair orders, submitting Warranty and Service Contract claims, communicating with Customers regarding vehicle status, and ensuring a positive Customer experience. The Assistant Service Advisor serves as a key liaison between Customers, Technicians, and Service Advisors to help maintain efficient Service Department operations.

• Partner with Service Advisors to support daily operations and deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience.
• Assist with Customer check-out, and other department needs.

• Utilize industry-leading technology and digital tools to enhance the Customer experience.
• Enter and maintain accurate Customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
• Complete Service Contract and Warranty claim submissions.
• Gain exposure to dealership operations while learning from experienced Service professionals.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with a rotating Saturday of 8am to 1pm
