Job summary

D-Patrick Ford in Evansville, IN is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to coordinate service appointments, generate estimates, and support customers throughout service.

You will work Monday–Friday, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver’s license and customer service background are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year service experience (Preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for working with service advisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments with customers and generate estimates based on customer needs.
• Check in customer vehicles for service and collaborate with technicians to provide timely updates on the status of the vehicle.
• Take Multi-Point Inspection videos and upload them to X-Time.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Transport service customers to and from home/work.
• Monitor repair orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers once repairs are completed to confirm expectations were exceeded.

What You'll Do
