Job summary

Compass Group's Woolly's at Mammoth Mountain is seeking an Assistant Server to support dining room staff in a busy resort setting.

You will assist with table settings, deliver orders, and help maintain proper presentation and temperatures while following HACCP standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table and buses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures, including: The use of medium‑weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
